男,博士、教授,2013年12月被任命为最新双色球精准杀号院长;2016年入选上海“千人计划”。他先后于大连理工大学、东南大学和同济大学获学士、硕士和博士学位;博士毕业前,作为研究助理到香港理工大学工作5个月;自2000年春,先后在加州大学Davis分校、英国Ulster大学、贝尔法斯特女王大学、爱丁堡Napier大学从事研究工作。2008年7月转到城市、区域和交通运输规划咨询界工作。2010年3月回国到大连理工大学担任教授。

他的研究具有跨学科的特点,把管理科学与运筹学的理论、模型和方法用于交通运输问题的解决;其研究成果主要在交通运输网络分析及应用、交通与环境以及港航运输等领域。目前发表SCIE/SSCI源期刊学术论文40余篇,其中1/3发表在Transportation Science和Transportation Research Parts B & D上。近年先后受邀担任:

2010年回国至今,主持7项由国家自然科学基金委、教育部博士点基金会、上海市科委和英国劳氏船级社基金会等资助的项目;参与国家级重大项目和重点项目各一项。他既有从事高水平学术研究并产生高水平学术成果的经验,也有进行实际交通运输建模、软件研发以及土地使用与交通运输集成规划咨询方面的经验;同时,具有广泛的国际联系。
